Clayton Adams (ON BASS DESIRES.)
Solo albums "Ahhh That's Bass!", Norn Iron Records, 1973, and "Bassic Instinct", Livid Recordings, 1988.
A former juggler, Clayton switched to bass playing when, after a freak accident involving four chainsaws and a chicken, he lost three of the eight digits on his left hand.
His circus days behind him he spent six years busking Queen's 'Another One Bites the Dust' on Grafton Street before being discovered by nineties rock legends 'The Love Truncheons' with whom he toured Dorset Street and Sallynoggin.
Along with PT, Clayton is responsible for starting the 'Prickly Pairs' but accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the band's name which was bestowed upon them by former Russian president Boris Yeltsin.
