Dear Peter, At last things have quietened down after all the excitement of our big day on 13th August. The family have returned to their homes in Spain and Australia so we're getting back to normal, albeit slowly. Thank you so much for the wonderful music you performed for us and our guests. Everyone was absolutely thrilled and as you could see from the next generation nothing was going to stop them having a good time. Everyone is still talking about your fantastic music. Our guests said you occasionally went down to them at the back of the hall to check the noise level wasn't intruding on their conservation. I didn't realise you were doing that but sincerely appreciate it. We thoroughly enjoyed our big moment on stage. It was such a laugh. I haven't seen those photos yet but I believe some of them are priceless. It was a great idea of yours. I can assure you we'll be recommending you highly as will all our guests. Just want to say a HUGE thank you to you and all The Prickly Pairs. We had such an amazing time and the band were absolutely brilliant. Everybody was on the dance floor from the minute ye struck your first chord and I can tell ya, the grounds of Lough Rynn the next morning were showing a lot of people limping from over exhilaration on the dance floor :-) The feed back from all the guests (even the waltzers!) was fantastic and they all thought you were brilliant. We are still receiving positive comments and your interaction with the crowd was fantastic! However, I do have a bone to pick with ye for not confiscating that tambourine from my mother and aunt a lot sooner!! :-) Thanks for letting me sing, I was chuffed brought back a lot of memories and think it made my new husband very proud. I loved the throw back to the commitments, think my poor sister is still coping with fame after that 'Mustang Sally' guitar solo. So best of luck and thanks again. We couldn't have asked for any more from a Wedding band and we were so impressed with everthing. Still getting over my performance as a Blue brother but it had the desired impact!! Fair play you even got Eileen up on stage and we have so many amazing memories of the night. It was the best day of our lives, a perfect day and you played a major role in that. 24th November 2007:-

We had the PPs play at our wedding in Barberstown castle on the 24th of Nov 2007, the only comment is that they were brilliant. We had one hell of a party and people didnt stop dancing from the moment they started. Everyone that was at our wedding commented on how good the band were, especially since they played great music and at a volume that you could still chat over. We also booked a DJ through the PPs and it was a great idea, both the DJ and the band set up together at the start and as soon as the band finished the DJ kicked in immediatly, which meant that the party never slowed. They were brilliant, and i would highly recommend the Pairs to everyone looking to have a party to remember.

27th October 2007:-

The Prickly Pairs played at our wedding in Mullingar on Saturday 27th October and they were received with a roaring reception. People danced all night and so many people have commented to us on how great the band were.. You really catered for everyone in the room and the dance floor was full of people from both generations.. Alot of my parents friends said it was the first time they'd had a good bop in a long time! This is really what we wanted, music for everyone (which is hard to do) and that was certainly the case! Again, extend my biggest thanks and praises to all the band and am certain you will continue to be highly recommended!
